From 1st September to 4th October, we join Christians worldwide in celebrating the Season of Creation. During this time, our weekend Masses will highlight God’s gift of Creation through music, reflections, prayers, and opportunities for service. We invite you to join us on Thursday, November 20th at 11:00 a.m. at St Mary’s Church, Ballygunner, as we come together to honour and remember all those who have gone before us - our loved ones who now rest in the sacred grounds of St Mary’s Cemetery. This gathering is a time for reflection, prayer, and gratitude for the lives and legacies of those we hold dear. All are warmly welcome to attend.
Join us this Advent for a peaceful hour of Lectio Divina. Together we will meditate on the Sunday Gospels as we prepare our hearts for the coming of our Lord. As we prepare our hearts for the coming of Christ, you are warmly invited to our Advent Reconciliation Service on Monday, 15th December at 7.30 pm in SS Joseph & St Benildus Parish. This will be a prayerful opportunity to reflect and experience the peace and renewal that the Sacrament of Reconciliation offers. All are welcome.
We are delighted to invite you to our first-ever Children’s Carol Service on Wednesday 17th December at 7.30 pm in SS Joseph & Benildus Church. Through Scripture readings and much-loved Christmas carols, our children will help us prepare our hearts for the birth of Jesus. All families are warmly welcome to join us for this joyful new parish tradition.
